1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Digital products (e.g., logos, thumbnails, software).

  • Items on final sale or promotional discounts.

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@digidropempire.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address.

  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

  • If you wish to exchange, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
