Shipping Policy – DigiDropEmpire

At DigiDropEmpire, we aim to provide a smooth, fast, and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders to our customers.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking number once your order is shipped.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (Pakistan) – Digital Products are FREE, and Phycial Products are RS. 200 Per Item

  • International Shipping – Digital Products are Free, and dPtycial Products are $5- $10 Per Iterm

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days.

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or minimum order amounts.


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • DigiDropEmpire is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@digidropempire.com.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but DigiDropEmpire is not liable for delays beyond our control.


8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@digidropempire.com.

  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
